Today we went over our Middle Ages Tests and discussed Renaissance art (Renaissance Art APE)
Today was our last day in the library. Alex, Kevin, and Kevin’s dad gave a demonstration on weapons through the ages, culminating in a mock melee. So much fun.
A reminder that tomorrow is a strike day, so we will continue in our classroom on Thursday. All assignments must be handed in by Friday, June 13 to be included in your final mark.

For the Renaissance, you can either pick one of the projects from the list of unit assignments or do the following
Choose a person (living or dead / famous or not famous / not a fictional character) and write a 2-3 page typed essay explaining why this person is a Renaissance Person. You must include a bibliography.
Today we enjoyed a Medieval feast and then watched an art video by Sister Wendy Beckett on Renaissance Art.
Tomorrow is the Middle Ages unit test.
